KHF2020 is on! Join us via Zoom on Saturday 7th November for Knitting History Forum AGM & Conference 2020. Speakers include Gillian Vogelsang-Eastwood, Lynn Abrams, Sandy Black, Susan North, Sylvie Odstrčilová, Jade Halbert, Lesley O’Connell Edwards, Angharad Thomas, Emily Whitted and Michelle Hanks on a range of knitting history topics covering early gloves, the collection of Textile Research Centre, the frameknitting industry and designing knitting and homeworking in the 1980s as well as new PhD research. Un-Convention 2020 is the Knitting & Crochet Guild’s first virtual convention. Running from this Wednesday 9th September to Tuesday 15th September 2020, the convention has a broad range of free events across the seven-day schedule, including speakers familiar from KHF conferences.
